Tender - Promoting Reading & Writing in Wales

On behalf of the Welsh Assembly Government, the Basic Skills Agency is mounting a major media campaign in autumn 2006 aimed at 9 to 13 year old children in Wales.

We want to appoint an agency to work with us to produce a television and outdoor media advertising campaign designed to foster positive attitudes to reading and writing and to motivate children aged 9-13. We are particularly keen to encourage those who are already struggling with these basic skills to renew their efforts.

The campaign will be high profile and upbeat. It will run for 3 weeks in autumn 2006.
